It's beautiful and sturdy. It came unharmed and delivered to our home (which doesn't always happen), I haven't needed customer service, but the artist has reached out to me so I think it's fair to believe if I needed customer service it would be a good interaction with a resolution.

The pieces are beautiful, well constructed and color is great. They were shipped securely and quickly - I got these for me, but I would feel confident getting these as a gift for someone else too!

The light plate is hard plastic with a lovely bronze finish. It looks beautiful in my hallway.
